Monthly Rentals in Distillery District, Old Toronto

I had a pleasant stay at this unit. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for daily life, which made my stay very convenient. The location is also wonderful—close to Lake Ontario, which gave the area a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Major downtown attractions like the CN Tower and Scotiabank Arena were within walking distance, which was a big plus. That said, there were a few points that could be improved. During my stay in April, I found the room a bit too warm and couldn't adjust the temperature. I had to open the window to sleep more comfortably, but by the end of the month, insects started to appear, making it difficult to keep the balcony window open. Also, the electric kettle didn’t work, so I had to boil water using a pot. Lastly, the sofa was quite thin and sank in a way that made it uncomfortable to sit on for long. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenient location and cleanliness, but I hope these small issues will be addressed for fu

Very cozy apartment, with nice natural light!! Host was very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. I can easily recommend a stay here to anyone. I booked for a month then rebooked it for the following month with no hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay at Eric's place. Everything was great, clean and sparkling. Eric was very responsive always. I truly recommend this place for a long or short stay.

Staying in this space was a dream and there is no other word to describe it! Was glad to stay here on a business trip and was entranced by every detail of the decor in this space. I felt right at home with all of the essential cleaning products that was provided, and was grateful for the bi-weekly cleaning service that came in. Plenty of space to spread out and unpack what I had. Ivan was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything I needed, he was quick and very available. The building’s amenities were also well maintained and useful. Everything felt walkable which was very appreciated. Thank you Ivan for a great stay!
