El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos, el lugar muy agradable con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía, Rossy fue muy amable y comprensible con la llegada dado que nuestro vuelo era tarde, el sector muy lindo con tiendas cercanas y estaba cerca a lugares turísticos, fácil para desplazarse utilizando aplicaciones.

Muy buen lugar, bien acogedor y completo, teníamos privacidad completamente, es un lugar tranquilo y es exactamente como las fotos. Super recomendado.

I'm sooooo glad I found this place and that I didn't let one negative (lying) review influence me. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this place, to the contrary, everything worked perfectly, and the place is as described. The location is great, close to everything in the Ciudad Colonial by foot. The hosts are responsive and kind. This will probably be my go-to-place if I'm lucky to find it available on my next visits to Dom. Rep.

Lovely stay at Suzanne's place in Santo Domingo. The house has a lot of character, and we loved using the small backyard pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. The lack of AC in the main areas was no problem as the apartment catches a nice breeze, and the AC in the bedrooms works well. Our son enjoyed sleeping on the loft bed in the living room. I will echo what others have said - the stairs situation is not to be underestimated. We were there with our four kids (9, 7, 3 and 2) and the two little ones were not allowed to go up or down the stairs unsupervised. They are very steep and uneven, as well as lack proper railings - so even for adults, just make sure you pay attention to this and if you have mobility problems, maybe not the right place. For us, we loved it! Great communication from the hosts and super friendly. Walkable to many restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this place!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

The home was lovely, sweet touches, and two bathrooms. Air conditioning worked well and it was walkable to all the tourist areas. The only negative was that the biggest bed is a full and was really hard on my husband's bad back.

El lugar es muy tranquilo y acogedor, pero hay que modernizar algunos equipos como el aire acondicionado solo eso despues todo bien.

El espacio es privado y tal lo que se ve en la descripción. El lugar es muy fácil de llegar y cuenta con restaurantes, farmacias, salón de belleza cerca. La acogida de Don Isidro hizo que todo fuese como si estuviésemos en casa.

Excelente alojamiento, todo está tal cual lo presenta en las fotos y las descripciones lo recomiendo 💯 Paola es excelente anfitriona muy amable y con respuesta rápida, el lugar está muy bien ubicado y de fácil acceso, sin duda volvería a hospedarme.

This location was very well suited for my trip. It was walkable to the Bravo Supermarket and very easy to catch an Uber to other places. The staff were very friendly, and I felt very safe. Great place if you want to be in the city and I recommend it.

unit was clean and well-appointed. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Building and apartment security were excellent. The neighborhood was working class -- solid citizens. No problems. Like all places in the DR, exercise prudence in where and when you go out. stay aware. TVs were particularly good -- smart, large and crisp pictures. easy to pull in our streaming accounts. We found several small, local restaurants in the neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but serviceable. BON Ice Cream store just steps from the entrance. The apartment was also extremely quiet -- no street noise!! Bonus points!! woukd stay again.

I will make this my 2 home from now on!

Serge was super responsive and far too kind. His place was as described and super comfy. The staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely run it back.

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.

Yudelka was very responsive and her home was perfect for our stay. Everything was as described. Secure and clean home. Entrance has 24hr security which I loved. She also accommodated our check in needs, which I really appreciated. The zona colonial was only 10min driving distance which was perfect to get too. Great restaurants and bars. Uber was very helpful for ordering food and to take us to our destinations! My only con was the fact only 1/3 pools were open due to maintenance. We made the best out of it though. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.
