Everything is within walking distance if you have decided to come and not use the car but you should not be afraid of the kilometers. The place really has everything we needed to see even more. The beach is really next door. Our host trusts his tenants and we are self-sufficient.

We had a short stay that went well. Olivier and his co-hosts are responsive. The instructions are clear to find the house. Everything was available for our arrival. The apartment is cozy and exactly matches the photos. The setting is peaceful and very quiet. The sea is really next to the house. I highly recommend this host and his apartment.

We had a perfect stay in this apartment. It is comfortable, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, and above all with a view of the sea!!! Annie is a thoughtful host and gave us valuable tips on cabourg restaurants.

Comfortable and cozy stay, well heated in this season. Well located near the beach and shops. Easy parking this November. I recommend this rental which has a small garden with private terrace not overlooked. Pleasant in summer. Very well furnished and functional kitchen, nothing or lack. Very quiet location. very clean and well-equipped apartment....with nikel bedding.(like at home) residence well closed and very secure....with a private car space.... apartment rent from Friday Nov 1 to Sunday 3 Nov 2024(a couple) very pretty residence,very quiet,and 100 m away you will find a bakery,bar /tobacco,butcher, convenience store,ect..... and on foot 10 minutes from the city center and a casino 600 m great. Isabelle ❤️presents on arrival and very accommodating for arrival or departure times....🙏🙏and when you arrive from the apartment you will find good apple juice in the cool and tea/coffee,ect.....after 4 hours of driving ....(excellent)Isabelle tres pleasant,attentive,and available for any questions and attentive (full of advice)and very smiling.....🌹🌹 to book with your eyes closed.... we will come back because very sastified me and my husband.😘 thank you so much to Isabelle for the communication.🤩🤩

For the 2nd year, we are still satisfied with this small convenient accommodation because you just have to cross to be by the sea or in the thalassotherapy "des 3 worlds "😉. We come with our dog as there is access to a common garden. We met Marie-Laure when we arrived who is very welcoming and friendly. Thanks for the sunny time.

Clothilde is a host who takes care of her tenants. A lot of kindness to us. largely functional apartment. unfortunately scaffolding but we had been notified in advance by Clothilde.

We were very well received and had a nice stay in this lovely area. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and very clean with a lovely sea view. Quiet residence with parking space and nice heated pool.
