Monthly Rentals in Dix Hills

The apartment was spotless! Had every single thing you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home instantly. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. They kept the walkway cleared of snow and ice. Perfect location for us! Will definitely stay again when we return to Long Island! Highly recommend this location!

We had a long stay and it was very comfortable. everything was spotlessly clean, especially the bedding, and the mattress to sleep on. The apartment had everything you need for a long stay. The owners were very kind and helpful. This House and area provides peace and privacy. This is one of our best stays on airbnb :)

The place was exactly like the photos, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. When I caught a cold, they were so thoughtful and even brought me some medicine. I also loved hearing the occasional baby sounds—it made me happy. I truly wish the host and their family all the best! The train station is about a 35-minute walk or a $10 Uber ride away. There’s a bus to the station, but the nearest bus stop is a 20-minute walk. The closest Starbucks is also about a 20-minute walk, but I actually enjoyed walking there often. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

I had to book this last minute due to a family emergency and Fred made everything so easy. I had to book within 5 or so hours of when I actually needed the place and it was spotless when I arrived. He responded very quickly to me and honestly the place is much larger than I thought. While the pictures do show an amazing place I honestly think it is not justice to what is actually there. My partner and I have used other AirBnBs in the area when I am visiting family and I can truthfully say that I think we found a place we will be using again in the future.
