The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Relax in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, only eight kilometers from the centre of Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique residence, with a past as an artist's home. Feel free to swim in and sail on the lake, where you can be lucky to see otters. Around the area around the lake, you can also be lucky to see deer, fallow deer, hares and other animals and birds.
