Great place to stay, immaculately clean, super modern bathroom, semi private being attached to their main house but is a great little spot to stay and easily walking distance to the town centre.

Madeleine greeted us shortly after arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Madeleine even welcomed my dogs. The checkin was easy. Everything was clean and tidy and easy to find. So quiet, it was lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful place at Snells beach. Clean, spacious, warm, close to the beach, wonderful water views and the list goes on. It has everything you need to cook your own meals too. Would absolutely return to this place.

Great base and location for Matakana centre and market. Easy walk to all amenities. Clean and comfortable accommodation just missing a towel for the 3rd guest. Great communication with host, instant replies. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. Thank you 💐.
