Lovely spacious house for 3 couples. Each room offers privacy. Terrace with nice view. Stove and wood available for chilly evenings. Quiet. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with the owner. 40 min from Reims. A stone's throw from Epernay. Space for 3 vehicles, bikes. Recommended!

Excellent stay in Ste-Menehould, a small town on the edge of the Argonne Forest, a very welcoming rural area that is worth a visit. Patricia's house is very good (cleanliness, amenities, size, quiet, etc.), everything you need for a family stay.

Paul is a great host. Very responsive to the requests we made to them. He was very clear in his explanations that preceded our trip. Paul greeted us for our arrival and gave us the latest "recommendations" of use. The Domaine, very well maintained, is perfect for a family stay. Our children and (all) small children loved the pool (heated to 28/30° C, please), the trampoline and the large spaces of the estate for outdoor games. The Tiny houses bring a real charm to this place (our favorite). The Pétanque court is very nice for parties at night. A very nice place for a stay for families or groups of friends.

We had a great time at Sylvie's, everything is perfect and as described, quiet location and close to the lake (ideal for our fishermen) and close (5mn walk ) to the small village playground (for the little ones) Horses and pony in front of the little house ( which is ultimately not so small) Everything is clean, enough dishes, and the best beds made on arrival Sylvie bravo you are a very considerate host thank you also for the arrival times you gave us

Fenanne was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was like new and super clean. 2 comfortable bedrooms with fine beds and a luxurious living room. Amenities for our baby and toddler. We will definitely come back!
