The Weaver’s Barn, Ardara Town

A two storey renovated barn with airy kitchen and cosy living room with open fireplace. An upstairs bedroom with a double antique French bed and downstairs two single beds, both rooms with private bathrooms , one with cast iron roll top bath and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. The downstairs bedroom is accessed via outdoor barn steps. The kitchen has French doors that opens up onto a balcony . Underneath the balcony there is a stone patio suitable for outdoor eating .

Barnesmore Cottage is nestled at the base of the Bluestack Mountains, surrounded by 21 acres of mature gardens and woodlands in an absolutely picturesque location, it is a very secluded site with one other house on the property (owners). It is also located next to the old railway line, which makes a lovely walking trail, although we hope to get the train back on that track someday. It’s conveniently located between two popular towns Donegal Town and Ballybofey.

The Old Mill Barn

The Barn is over 100years old and has been renovated to a high standard while keeping its unique character.

Unique restored barn with stove

A wonderful and unique restored barn, stone built in 1860 and now with an insulated envelope, double glazed windows and the entire exterior is cladded with flame scorched preserved wood. The Barn has a fully fitted kitchen, WiFi and TV, and a wood burning stove. The WOW factor is the amazing bathroom. With a stand-alone double bath and a double shower space this has to be seen to be believed!
