Great location, right next to the Ngoc Khanh lake. The bed is very comfortable. I like the design of the apartment, looking exactly the same as in the photos. Finally, the host is very responsive and helpful.

just as described, clean and spacious. There was a note inside the bathroom to advise of low ceiling, my son is 6ft 3in so note this but not a problem. About a 15 minute walk into the old quarter and Train St. Was on a very noisy street so but managed to sleep ok. Great cafe below

It was good stay overall. - Location was a bit far from Old Quarter. - Reachability and accessibility was good. - Big enough for 4 people max. - Had all the appliances. - Clean and cozy rooms. Also clean Bathroom. - AC temperature could not be controlled but the weather was fine so it didn't trouble much. - Felt slightly overpriced. All over it was 4.4/5 ⭐ for the stay.

Minh Minh and Huy made us feel at home and like family from the moment we arrived. They both went out of their way to continually help us and guide us to amazing places to eat which weren’t tourist traps. They helped us when we needed our phone repaired and finding items we were needing to purchase. The location of this sweet home stay is ideal. It’s just a short walk to train street, old quarter and French quarter. Great cafes and restaurants are abundant and only a stones throw away. We found the area extremely safe to venture around day and night. This apartment was perfect for me and my 2 daughters. We will definitely stay with them on any future stays in Hanoi and connect our families and friend with these lovely hosts.

Fantastic host and apartment! Beautiful, full of light, and super comfortable. I got the address wrong, but the host helped me get a taxi back. The check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow

It wasn't a problem with the host, but the apartment had stringent rules about who could enter. The security guard wouldn't let me in unless I showed my passport and signed a document. Fortunately, I had a Vietnamese friend with me so that he could handle most of the communication. I also think it was good that the host came to support me. In any case, the accommodation itself is perfect, and the location is excellent. If only strict entry management were removed, I would recommend them.
