Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Hanoi

Unbeknownst to us the Hanoi section of our Southeast Asia trip was scheduled during the preparation for Tet, the Lunar New Year celebration..What a treat to walk down the street connected to our alley!! It was jam packed with people, motorbikes, food and flower vendors and all things red!! This place is situated in the Old Quarter and most things we wanted to do were easily within walking distance. The spiral staircase leading up to the fourth floor/third bedroom was picture worthy. Be sure to take one while you’re at the top looking down on someone in your party who is looking up from the main level. I was disappointed that the washing machine was on the rooftop level as we had laundry to do but the stairway leading up to it is steep and narrow. Not ideal. The rooftop is also the area that is pictured so beautifully in the Airbnb photos but again, due to the stairway, we did not use it. Overall, however, we would stay there again.

We picked this place because one the reviews says it’s really quiet, and it is! The location is very convenient, just neighboring the Train Street. At the same time, it sits in a deep alley so it is away from all the traffic and tourist noise. We have enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Hanoi!

Exceptional! We loved our stay here. It was clean, nice and incredibly beautiful. We spend 2 weeks in Vietnam and unfortunately our time here was short, but it was our favorite location and home. Ngoc Linhs provided great communication and was very accommodating. I wish we had more than a short stay, truly exceptional and peaceful. I’ll look out for this home if I am in Vietnam again!

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

This is the perfect getaway. 30-45 minutes to old quarter but only 10-15 USD one way depending on time of day/night. Very clean, safe, and grocery walking distance.

Great hosts and accommodations. When I checked in, I had a little problem with the first room, but the host immediately provided me with another room. Their response is prompt and excellent. I want to stay again next time.

Very responsive host. as our previous booking got cancelled last min, we gotta source for another place and Hana was responsive and took my booking. check in was real easy, place is clean as per picture. working distance to malls/food. strong recommend for visitors with family.

This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

Van aims to please. He is a great host and his space is fantastic. Masteri West Heights is an elite location in the Smart City where activities abound. I really REALLY liked that Van’s place had a filtered reverse osmosis system, which meant drinking as much clean/purified water as one would like, from the space. Van was awesome at connecting me with a soccer team game, and responded back to any questions I had immediately. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the full AIRBNB stay, as unforeseen circumstances called me back home. HIGHLY recommend Van’s place.

From check-in to mid-cleaning, it was so good. The location was good, so I never used a taxi or Grab ^ ^ I think I'll visit again if I go again next time!

Dat's apartment was very clean, organized and lovely. The space is cozy, making it feel like home. The apartment is fully furnished, very ok for those who are looking for a getaway. Definitely come back if there's a chance!

The distant view of West Lake was truly impressive. The area felt very secure, with excellent security management, and the apartment complex was well-maintained and clean. I also appreciated the convenience of having many nearby restaurants. Inside, the apartment was tidy and well-organized.

Great value. The property is facing the courtyard and therefore protected by noise and the exhausts of the road. I felt very comfortable Even at night alone as a woman. You go a small, dark hallway to the courtyard and the apartment, but that makes it a special experience. The bed is very comfortable. There is a hot shower and wifi. The train has always woken me up at night until I got used to it. But for that, the price is great and the location is top.

The location is easy to find and holly is very responsive during our stay here. She also provided us with thick blankets and it really helps esp at night when the temperature was dropped. One thing that needs improvement is kitchen utensils cleanliness esp the kettle. Overall, we had a nice experience staying here. Thank you!

Highly recommended if you want to be in the middle of everything. The walls are thin though so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to sounds of clanking pots (only sometimes!), you may want to think twice.

We loved our stay here - Brian helped us carry our luggages on the first day and was there to greet us and share instructions of getting into the building. The photos matched the place exactly and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay within walking distance of old quarter and many shops and restaurants. I will say that it can get quite noisy with construction and the window facing the road but if you are a heavy sleeper like us it should be no worries! Overall would stay here again.

A perfect place to immerse yourself into the exciting Vietnamese culture. We were there during New Years, the weekend and Vietnam winning against Thailand soccer match! The vibe is energetic and Tim’s place was a perfect central authentic Hanoian space to experience and watch it all. Wonderful street food and coffee in every corner with the quiet lake just behind the flat, perfect for morning and evening walks. Thank you Tim for being such a great host!

A very nice stay, we stayed during lunar new year so the amenities were really useful especially the washing machine. Although we arrived at 5am, it was easy to check in, Nga is also a very responsive host.

We had a great time at this condo, the area has lots of restaurants and shops, it is close to the lake, and the host was very reachable and responsive. A special thank you to Nhung who was extremely helpful and always kind to us, she is a real asset to the building management.
