Great choice, beautiful apartment, modern, clean and with all the comforts, to stay in Katerini and explore the surrounding area.

We stayed one night at this place(4 adults and 4 children). The house was beautiful, with a great view. Real peace and peace. The communication with the host was very good and our arrival was easy! the place was very clean and very comfortable. It just needs a little attention as it is a maisonette, so it has internal stairs. I would choose it again!

Great place, the surroundings are beautiful, great place to relax and fully enjoy the nature. Very good location for families with kids, fine sand, warm water, shallow and no big waves. Our kids loved the animals as well, all in one, I strongly recomend this place and the location !

Except for the initial little trouble getting there (the address you provided didn't show up in google maps), the heating of the air conditioning, and the fact that the bathroom was one big shower, the stay went well. A very courteous and communicative host. Great for a short stay.

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

Dimitros place was amazing and worth for the money paid, it was very clean and comfy, the host is very friendly, nice and respectful, the location also is amazing, its worth every penny.

We were a family with 3 generations in the Cozy Family House and loved it. Our 3-year-old granddaughter and our family dog Leo felt comfortable on the property and in the house from the start. Although our arrival time was extremely late, our hosts warmly welcomed us and surprised us with a filled fridge and freshly cooked traditional food. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could think of. The "wild" beach is a 5-minute walk. This beach section is little used, it goes flat into the water and is good for children. Unfortunately, it is not maintained, so there is garbage lying around. A little further on you will find a beach section with beach bars, there are sun loungers and parasols, the use is mostly free if drinks are ordered. This is a beautiful place in the heart of the Jewish quarter. We were using offline GPS that stopped working so we asked a nice young man on a motorcycle for directions and he led us to the place. Liza met us there and helped us to get settled. You can hear the sound of the river and take a walk along it. The synagogue is next door and Liza was able to arrange a tour for us. The house is very nice. There is a flight of stairs to reach the front door and inside there is a flight of stairs to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is amazing with photo tiles of beautiful people (I don't know if they are famous). Very nice shower with lots of jets. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Konstantinos was quick to respond. We were very glad that we stayed here.

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.
