Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Asheville

This is the third time, if I remember correctly, that I’ve stayed at Ed’s retreat, and it is as serene as ever. It’s a beautiful and easy-to-find and -use place after long work days. The drive out into the countryside is always relaxing, and getting to sit on the private screen porch for hours in the evening is my favorite thing. This Airbnb is very spacious and the furniture (bed and sofa especially) is incredibly comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of thought into this place. I love coming back here whenever I’m in town.

We truly enjoyed our time at Cecil’s. The view is amazing and we were surrounded by birds and nature. It was a great location to get to everywhere and he was as helpful in pointing out places to go. The extra touches be provided were sweet (chocolate yum) and thoughtful. We look forward to staying there again! Thank you Cecil!

We enjoyed our short, but lovely stay in Emily’s home. It had all the amenities we needed for a quick Asheville visit: a comfy bed, hot shower, TV w/ abundance of entertainment, and a small kitchenette. There was an issue with the kettle, but Emily was a very responsive host— resolving the issue within minutes! Thank you for everything: we would stay again…especially to say hi to the chickens ᵕ̈

Jennifer’s home was the perfect place for my friend and I to get away for a girls weekend! Her place was just as described, quiet, well appointed, 10min to downtown, and comfy beds! It was a magical time in Asheville and Jennifer’s place was the perfect “home base” while we were visiting. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Backyard suite was lovely. And the proximity to Asheville was quite convenient while being out of the bustle of the city. The hot tub (and lots of provided towels) made this location a wonderful choice to relax and soak away stress on a quick weekend getaway from Tennessee.

Our host, Alex, was terrific. Very friendly, responsive and kindly lent my husband a belt for an event we attended as he forgot to pack his own from home! The space is perfect and meticulously clean. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen has lots of pans to use for cooking which we appreciated. WiFi is good as we needed to work remotely for a day there (desk, kitchen table and covered outdoor picnic table provided lots of space). Not to mention aesthetically, it is a gorgeous place. Alex suggested a great park around the block (Bent Creek Community Center) and the neighborhood is walkable. Of course Bent Creek has fantastic trails close by. Highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed.

Stephanie's place was very comfortable and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Great location with an easy walk to restaurants and downtown.

We loved Bill and Leslie’s spot. Close to downtown (easy to walk to) and they gave several excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely recommend it to others. Thanks so much

Good: Thoughtful and considerate about small details people might need when they are traveling, ex- first-aid kit, female hygiene etc. Neat and clean place. Extra spares like blankets and other stuff. The place is peaceful, close to nature. Things to consider: The other bedroom doesn’t have an isolation between bath and bedroom. It would have been good to have blackout curtains near the entrance door. And actual door or some form of partition there.

This cute Airbnb was perfect for our mountain town, book club themed bachelorette weekend. Everything we loved about this place: - Cute cottage core vibes - Open living room perfect for hanging out, book/gift exchange and puzzle - Farmstyle dining table for breakfast/lunch by sunlight for our group of five - Fun bar area downstairs with a chalkboard - Amazingly kept hot tub with privacy fence and automatic string lights on at night - Fire pit in the yard (though we didn’t use it because of the thunderstorms) - Free Little Library right there in the house - Immaculate landscaping with aromatic flowers that smelled heavenly - Close proximity to West Asheville, River Arts District, downtown Asheville, and 45 min drive to Looking Glass Falls/Moore Cove Falls My only regret was not asking if there was more than one bathroom (we found the second bathroom by the front door when we were checking out). The hosts were informative, responsive, and friendly! We enjoyed our stay very much!

A very nice, clean. well stocked, and relatively large house. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Short drive to all parts of Asheville area services. Easy to get to Interstates. Susan is a very good host - responsive, proactive, helpful, clear directions, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice cottage. It provided a comfortable and quiet weekend getaway--and was about 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. (Highly recommend Jettie Rae's Oyster House!) And it's only 6 minutes to the NC Arboretum, which provided great hiking trails for us and our dogs. Michael is a very accommodating and responsive host and instructions were very clear. Would recommend.

Cozy and conveniently located! Wonderful back yard for the dogs and comfortable living area.

House is very nice and in a great area. Very close to a couple breweries and restaurants. A very quick drive to downtown. Great communication from the host. A very good experience overall. We would definitely stay again.

This place was like new! It was spotless and clutter free. Awesome coffee and tea available. Bed was super comfy. Couch was comfy too! Climate control was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return! Owner was so responsive too! Thankful to have found this place.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the backyard area and zipline. The space was very clean and all the small details were well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Ali’s place is located 8 mins driving from west Asheville and 15 mins driving from downtown . It is pretty conveniently located and the sauna on-site was amazing . Bed was comfortable and was a great place to stay for 2 nights ! Thanks so much !

Myself and an employee were in town for a work convention for a couple days. First impression, even before the booking was confirmed Daniel proactively reached out because my booking request wasn’t exactly matching up with what I messaged him when booking. I accidentally booked one night instead of two. By being proactive he saved me from a major hassle that would not have been his fault. From there on out it our entire process and stay was excellent communication and helped with recommending food and entertainment options in the area. Even had some beer in the fridge for us after the long drive in. The house is very comfortable and the furnishings are higher quality. Some might find the obvious signs that it’s actually someone’s home and not just a rental unit uncomfortable ( family photos and family notes on the white board) for me it just feels like your staying at a friends house. The back patio is private and a great place to have a beer at the end of the night.
