Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Boulder

Comfortable, modern, warm and cosy. I stayed here for 5 months and enjoyed it very much. Quiet location despite proximity to CU student accommodation. The only drawback for a long stay is that the kitchen facilities are limited, for example one burner hob and no oven. Location is 15 mins walk to downtown Pearl Street and also to the university. 5 mins walk to the nearest hiking trail!

Super nice, cozy Kevan's art paintings and sculptures make this a very special place. Walk to restaurants/shops on Pearl, hiking trailhead just a couple blocks away, and Lime scooter stand on the block, so much fun to go on the bike path along Boulder creek. April the host is so nice, friendly and engaging. I loved the visit. Boulder is great!

We had the most amazing stay at Merredith’s 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be booking again next time we’re in Boulder! Merredith and her husband are absolutely wonderful and their dog Potato is the BEST. We can’t thank them enough for such a great stay. Wonderfully peaceful, walkable to pearl street, and amazing amenities. You can truly tell how much thought and care Merredith puts into hosting.
