Vacation rentals in Downtown, Grand Rapids

Absolutely love Erin's place. This was our third year in a row coming up for a long weekend. You can walk to downtown in about 3 minutes, and can drive everywhere in about 90 seconds. Place is always spotless and Erin is a great host.

Great place to stay for a ladies book club weekend! It was very walkable to downtown Saugatuck, which has so many shops, restaurants, and cafés to check out (even in the wintertime). The year-round hot tub was also a big plus. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great stay! The location of the cabin is amazing and has a very unique layout to it. You really feel immersed in nature with the floor to ceiling windows all throughout the house. It snowed during our stay which made everything feel even more beautiful and peaceful. Especially, in the evenings with the fire place going. Our host, Lisa, did a great job at communicating everything we needed to know. It’s obvious that they take great care and pride in their home. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for my husband and I who were in town for the annual Mt Baldhead challenge race. The location is right downtown and walkable to all restaurants and shops but was still very quiet. The apartment was actually larger than I expected. Justine provided everything you need for a weekend away including a nice local bottle of wine. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is the third time my friend and I have stayed at Debbie and Jeff's condo for a long weekend. We love the location - it is so easy to walk to coffee, food, shops, or by the water. The condo itself is super nice, clean, and comfortable. We will be back again!

I don't know how I can say much more -- this is our 3rd visit to Lisa's home this year and we loved it -- all three times! My granddaughters always remind me that they want to go back to the "Lake House". They absolutely have the best times here. So, without using a lot of words (you can read more in my past 2 reviews) I'll simply say that Lisa's home is awesome! We look forward to our next visit! Thanks Lisa!

The place was great! Just as described. Close to downtown and easily walkable. Plenty of space and Kim was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Very cute place. Clean and host was Great. Only misleading thing was the picture of Lighthouse being 1st few pictures. I thought i was staying in a room at the Lighthouse. That should be listed at the end with things nearby to see.

My group of 6 stayed here for our annual girls trip and it was absolutely perfect! We made some beautiful memories hanging out on the screened in porch. Everything we needed was there in abundance; cooking supplies and utensils, plenty of glasses, yummy coffee, clean towels, toilet paper, etc. The house is a short 5-7 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck. Dan also gave us some great recommendations, The Southerner was our favorite meal of the trip! The neighborhood feels very safe. We slept 2 girls in the king/queen upstairs (not sure what size it is but felt big), 2 girls in the queen bed downstairs, 1 person on the twin mattress upstairs, and 1 person in the full-size bed downstairs. We thought the pictures showed more beds in the small upstairs room but I may have not read the description well enough. There’s plenty of space for a close knit group of 6. This also wasn’t a problem for us but just be aware that the gorgeous upstairs bathroom does not have a door! THANK YOU!!
