Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown, Grand Rapids

My husband and I plus our dogs had a wonderful stay here! The location is very central to downtown GR and the space was very comfortable. Stephanie was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful + responsive whenever I had any questions. I would love to stay here again when I am in GR!

I had a great time staying at Brianne’s place. It’s clean and convenient. Brianne is always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Perfect size for single traveler! Have in-unit washer and dryer and clean bathroom. Highly recommend it!

Great place to stay and John was very responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful view out the back.

I felt right at home. Everything that I planned on doing was honestly not more than 15 minutes from the place. It was perfect. It didn't feel like just another room of the house, but they genuinely put in effort to making the room for AirBnb so it made me and my friend feel super comfortable and like we had some privacy. And everything was super clean. It was all super accessable and easy, you could go in and out whenever, and they kept the lights on at night and that allowed us to traverse through the house easily as well. The way to the basement was also super easy to find. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would definitely stay there again!

Cozy place, highly recommended

This place was great! A perfect distance from the heart of downtown, safe neighborhood, and cozy stay! I felt right at home. I didnt want to leave! :) I am a big runner and so I was able to run right from the apartment into the downtown riverwalk trails and then walk to nearby Bridge Street for dinner at night. It was great at 10/10 would recommend!

Very beautiful place. Secluded and peaceful, perfect for a quiet weekend away. Has a cute little town not too far away with plenty of places to eat and activities to participate in. Would definitely come back!

Was my daughter graduation at University . My family & I are extremely grateful to find this property. Extremely charming neighborhood & home , with modern touch. The home was extremely tastefully furnished & decorated. Spotless clean & furnished with everything we needed. Was wonderful to have a moment to also meet Bradly the host in person. Was very helpful & make our weekend specially peaceful & efficient. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Grand Rapids. Walkable as well to restaurants & wine châteaus . This home is very large and located in a beautiful, wooded area. Peaceful, quiet and close to both Holland and Zeeland. We were there for 4 nights and had everything we needed. The home is well stocked with the essentials. Joshua was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We came here for a girl's weekend and we could not recommend Deb's place more. We wanted an easy weekend in a central location and this home was perfect. Everything was beautifully design, not detail was left unattended. The kitchen in particular was beautiful. We loved just hanging out at the house doing puzzles and playing games - but it was a perfect home base for when we wanted to go out and explored Holland. It was the perfect place for us!

Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

The best place we have stayed at yet. Squeaky clean and a very nice area. Rhonda was a awesome host. Definitely will stay there again.

There simply aren’t enough words to describe just how much I loved staying in the Fenvilla! A total dream come true, a top tier oasis that is was clean, cosy, and so comfortable. This is by far my favorite airbnb I have ever stayed in throughout my ten years of doing so, even with staying in homes all across the country. There is something so beyond special about this place and how Kim has transformed it into the haven it is. The screened in porch & hot tub, the sounds of nature, the artwork and beautiful ceramics - the attention to detail here was immaculate. My friends and I were all blown away by this experience and all want to return as soon as we can. Thank you so much Kim for having us in your sanctuary, it was truly the perfect vacation and one I will never forget.

Great place with everything we needed. Tastefully decorated. Easy drive to local attractions , as well as Saugatuck and a south Haven! Annalisa was great with communication! Perfect place for my family and dog! I would book again!

Great place for girls trip. Location makes it easy to get around town for shops and restaurants, pubs, etc. Home was cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Loved the location! Minutes from EVERYWHERE. Enjoyed a glass of wine and reading on the front balcony while watching the neighbors walk their dogs. The coffee shop and bakery is just two blocks away and both delicious. Love the historical neighborhood. Close enough to downtown but prefer being more like a local.

I had my employees stay here, I wasn’t here myself. But they all told me it was a great place to stay.

The stay was great — a nice, new apartment about 30 minutes from the city center, located in a lively green area. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, a very good experience.

We went to Grand Rapids for a wedding. We are used to nice modern places. This was the best that I find. I was delighted to find that the rehearsal dinner was in the restaurant below the Airbnb which is also the BEST place to eat breakfast in GR. We were comfortable and felt warm vibes from the thoughtful touches that the host provided. Water and coffee was appreciated. Very clean. Lovely little dress shop over the road, also a yummy ice cream shop.

Was only here for a night, but absolutely loved this place and plan to book again! Beautiful space with plenty of breathing room for everyone. Lots of natural light and easy walks to restaurants. The furniture was all SUPER comfortable, especially the beds! Host was prompt and responsive, and instructions were easy and informative. The stairs didn’t bother us, but they may be a bit much for others, especially the ones from the back entrance as they are kind of steep and there’s a decent amount of them. This would be the only “negative” thing I can think of, and again, was not that big of a deal for us particularly. Overall, can’t wait for our next GR adventure and hope to find this cool little spot available for it!

This condo is in a great location! Right on location of Hope College and is surrounded by lots of shopping and places to eat. No issues with parking. Kept super clean and beds were very comfortable. We found the utility closet to be loud, but other than that, the stay was great. The host is also great and communicative.

Beautiful place to stay. It's right in the middle of downtown Holland and very walkable to stores and restaurants in that area. The 3rd floor deck is wonderful to sit on at night. The condo is clean, smells amazing, and a top notch place to stay. While on the expensive end, we felt like it was worth the cost and we would stay here again! FYI, and in no means a reduction in rating, the mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm. The only negative comment we have is being asked to take out the trash while also being charged a $200 cleaning fee. We don't mind taking out the trash we created, and it wasn't a hassle to access the community dumpster, but we felt like it should have be included with a $200 cleaning fee.
