Monthly Rentals in Downtown Phoenix

Good place to stay for work. Host was responsive. It's in an older part of the city but it's close to a lot of things to do.

Tim's place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. He even went out and got me a coffee pot for my stay! TIm's place was comfortable and welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely stay here.

I didn’t think when I came to stay here I would experience such a relax fun and colorful atmosphere. I wish I would have booked a longer stay! We loved it to much we will for sure come back to this location in the future! Thanks to the Host too for being so responsive and having such a cool style for a place to stay!!

Thoughtful, clean, cozy. Very kind host. Only thing to note is that there was a lot of activity in the area. Car stereo systems, neighbor’s music, dogs barking. I wore my AirPods to bed on noise cancelling. So if you are not used to that much noise, bring ear plugs! Cute spot.
