Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Reno

Thank you Blake! Staying here was perfect for our trip. Everything we went to was within 15 minutes walking distance! Right in the heart of Midtown, which I didn't know that was THE place to be! We enjoyed people watching in the area! We loved the view the place had of the surrounding area. Reno is gorgeous! Getting to the place was easy and it helps that the house is easy to spot! There was plenty of parking and we didn't have any complaints with the check in process. Blake is very responsive and I was impressed overall! Thank you very much for having us!!! Aloha!!

Was clean and the AC was amazing. Check in was great. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Lots of space. Bad area of town.

This rental was a delightful surprise! It was very clean, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was interesting—at first I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be lovely, especially with the beautiful park just across the street. The bed was firm, which I enjoyed, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A great stay overall!

The building is on the older side, but well kept and the unit completely modern. The parking is more generous than described in the listing, about 16' deep. Subaru Forester 15'+ fits fine with room to spare.

Our stay at Jan's place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed having the living room area that hotels lack, and the Murphy bed and kitchen was nice to have as well for cooking breakfast, etc. Highly recommend.

Katrina is the most amazing host I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She is so responsive, helpful, proactive, understanding, reasonable, and thoughtful! Even when things went wrong, she was there to get everything back on track. For example, the TV blew up on the second or third day we were there and she got it replaced quickly! (And provided us with a generous discount for the inconvenience.) The apartment is just as the listing described. The king bed is comfy, the water is hot and the water pressure is good. We loved the recliners in the couch. The washer/dryer combo unit isn't my favorite but it was nice to have the option available. The location is pretty great! The neighbors are super friendly and it's close to shopping and downtown. There are a couple cats that hang out in the area and they're super cute and friendly. All in all we had a good stay and we would absolutely stay with Katrina again!

Fabulous stay! The location is amazing. Unit has lots of nice thoughtful touches. Laney was very responsive and provided tons of valuable information. Comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay again.

The host is very responsive. The condo was ok, one of the unit, floor was concrete. Would be nicer if it was wood/carpet floor.

The Airbnb was a great first experience for me and my wife. Grant was a great host, he made sure we had all the things we needed. He was very accommodating even when our plans changed last minute. We loved this condo, it was clean and comfortable! The patio had a high fence and felt very private. It was so nice to sit outside in the evenings. We hope this space is available next time we're in town!

It was everything I needed for the 2 nights in Reno with my friends. Decent neighborhood, and we ate at Beefys right down the street which was amazing.

Grant was an amazing host. Very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The Airbnb is super cute, comfy, and clean. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again :)

This is a property created and built specifically for ABNB purposes and the owners have all the ingredients plus thoughtful touches throughout. Wi-Fi was rated (ookla) at 350 Mbps, there are two smart tvs in the unit, large refrigerator, a great stove, as well as a washer and drier. At Majid's place we found the most comfortable super foam memory beds (two of them), and though theres only one bedroom the couches in the living room can be easily provide extra bedding.Very enjoyable stay without issues, to be repeated if the occasion arises.

Grant was a great host. He got back to us quickly whenever we had any questions or concerns. There were a few questions with the appliances and he resolved them quickly.

The stay was great. It was actually better than what we expected. The location was great close to everything we wanted to see. The check in was easy and the service was great. Jeff in front remembered us the next day. It felt very good. The suite was spacious enough for our kids. They loved it. It even has a washer and drier which helped so much with my toddler who is still potty training. It was a wonderful experience. Lori was great and quick to answer us. Great host.

We stayed five weeks. We were there for medical reasons. The unit is well located, minutes from all major medical facilities, minutes from a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls. Lots of younger people in building that is very close to the university. The building is older, and all the tenants/residents we met were very friendly. The unit is very well maintained and equipped with all the necessities of home. We are looking forward to staying there again when we return to Reno for the next round of medical procedures.
