Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Reno

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was by far one of our favorites! The location was great and the price was right. Its just an adorable space with city and mountian views. Host was great! As long as it stays current with the casino/hotel pricing we shall return :)

Pet-friendly cozy place to stay in midtown Reno. Loved how well they maximized the space! Kitchen was stocked, good closet space and the bed was tall enough that you could stow things under the bed if need be. Lots of resources for a guide around town. Ample and clear instructions after booking and great reminders that the host is always available to help. A great spot in town that’s safe and near to all the yummy restaurants and bars in midtown. Also close to a grocery store if you want to cook in the kitchen at the bnb. ***Might be a little tight if you’re a couple with a bigger dog.

Scott was an amazing host. Very friendly and informative. He knew all of the great restaurants and activities in the area. His place was within walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The home is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I will definitely be back.

Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sibin's place. We were on a cross-country roadtrip and wanted to relax and cook our own food for a few days. Sibin was very helpful during check-in. He made sure he was available for any questions that came up during that time which I really appreciated. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the comfy space allowed us to just chill and relax. We would stay again. Thanks Sibin!

Absolutely Outstanding Stay! This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, truly spotless from top to bottom. The space was beautifully maintained, so well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect- quiet, peaceful, and close to everything. Alynn was such a sweet and thoughtful host, always quick to respond and genuinely caring. All of the snacks and coffee were such a lovely personal touch that made us feel even more welcome. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will absolutely be back!

Very convenient location... close to shopping (for groceries or the items we inevitably forget) plus easy access to the highway and downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood for peaceful nights "at home". Michael was very responsive and the check in/Check out processes were super easy. Bonus points for personalized door code!

Lovely home with all the amenities. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. We will definitely look this home up for our next Reno visit!

We’ve had a wonderful time staying here the past two years with our family. Being right on the water is incredibly peaceful and made for a relaxing getaway. The home is well-kept and comfortable. I really appreciated the hands-off approach and the quick communication. While we were surprised by the significant price increase this year, the overall experience continues to be rejuvenating.

Susy’s place was really cute and very very clean! She was very responsive and had very clear instructions for everything in the house! Super good use of space! We were all impressed with the place! There was even a little foosball table that had multiple games you could play on it out back! Thank you so much for the good night of rest and comfortable home to stay in Susy! We truly appreciated everything!

Phenomenal unit with futuristic showers! Great amenities and felt very comfortable staying there. Surrounding area is a bit suspect but gentrification is currently happening. No issues with anybody during our stay.

Great location to feel close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. House was super clean, comfortable to be in, beds and linens were extra comfy. Plus extra touches you just notice and appreciate like easy plug ins by the bed to charge your phone… Hosts were great too! Would stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay with my group of friends! The space was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed during my time there. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The location of the airbnb was slightly difficult to find since the signs were small and there were not much info on finding the house. However, everything else about the stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great place in great location! The unit was well appointed and was perfect for our group of 2 to ski in the area. Riley was also responsive and helpful!

Jessa's place is really comfortable. I stayed here with my two children on a short ski getaway. Northstar was just minutes away, so the location was very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked if you are cooking, though it's small and there's not loads of counterspace. The apartment is really cute and the perfect size for 2, or 3 people max. We made great use of the community space which had a pool table, air hockey (vintage), ping pong, chess, fireplace, and TV all indoors, and a hot tub and pool (non-op in winter) outdoors. I'd devinitely stay here again for a ski trip. My boys want to go back in the summer time too!
