Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, St. John's

A great place near downtown St. John’s! Walkable to a lot of great restaurants and shops, and only a short cab ride to QV brewery. Really enjoyed the the little grocery store across the street too. Katie’s place was clean and organized and was the perfect place for 3 couples to spend a long weekend exploring St. John’s!

Great place to stay, clean and in a great location, Rose checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good, Rose is a great host.

We ended our trip with a couple nights here and it was lovely. Staying on Jelly Bean Row was so charming, the bed was comfortable and we got to do a couple loads of laundry which was super appreciated! Robert was very responsive and provides everything you could need. The location was super convenient to walk to so many things nearby! I’d recommend Post Master’s bakery very nearby and the Newfoundland Donut Co for sweet treats - both were amazing. Thanks Robert!

Amazing and original St. John’s row house. Spectacular to view and stay in. LOVED the Harry Potter door under the stairs that brings you to a massive basement space/bedroom. My daughter lived down there the whole time ❤️

Harvey was an amazing host, very responsive, super friendly and very, very kind. The home was amazing and the beds were super comfy. I cannot say enough good things about this air bnb and the amazing host. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Katherine for a girls weekend. The Katherine House is located in the centre of Historic Brigus and conveniently located within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and local tourist attractions. My friends and I had a wonderful stay!

Chris was an excellent host. He was very accomodating, helpful, considerate and easy to chat with. My family and I had the most memorable time at Chris' place. No complaints at all. Beautiful home and location and awesome host. I will definitely book with Chris again. Thanks so much!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb. The location was perfect. The space was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, toiletries, and cozy blankets. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting St. John’s and would love to stay here again!

Quynh’s place was clean and cozy. When we arrived the large dish with a variety of snacks was a welcome sight after driving 8 hours. That was very much appreciated. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was large with lots of room for getting dressed. This is very important when travelling for business. I would definitely book again.

What a gem of a place….it absolutely was a home away from home!! Such a peaceful neighbourhood, the apartment was spacious, with beautiful decor, it was extremely clean and everything we required to make our stay awesome. From the lush plants throughout the apartment, the artwork, book collection to read, the boardgames & cards which we enjoyed to the fullest…..the pride of ownership shines through 🙂 We lucked into it also being pet friendly and brought our little puppers along too. We hope to stay again over the summer and can’t imagine how beautiful the garden is when in bloom. Marjorie was awesome with her quick to response and answer any questions we had.

What a perfect spot! A beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Ideally located for easy transportation to anywhere in the city. So cozy, clean, with all the touches of home! Thoughtfully appointed, with things I hadn’t even thought I’d appreciate! And the best part? I slept like a ROCK in the comfortable bed! Thank you Lori, for the wonderful stay, and for banishing the snow! Haha we will recommend to our friends and we will be back! ❤️

Stayed at Adam's place for one night. It was a quick stop over but his place was squeaky clean, very spacious and you can't beat his price. Adam was very responsive and met us with the key right away. Super friendly! We would definitely stay at Adam's place again.

Glad we were able to book this place! John and his co hosts Carol and Aaron were very attentive. The apartment was comfy, clean, a great location and we appreciated how quiet it was in the neighbourhood.

We loved staying at Valerie's place. Everything was lovely and clean, and it seems like a basement apartment but there is absolutely no noise transfer from above! Centrally located and close to hospital which was important for us. This will be our go to for St.John's each and every time we go if it's available!
