Not in Paris city, but a suburb town with multi-culturel community called Montreuil. **NO private parking, NOT recommended coming with a car. Sorry, but like to be honest **

On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

Charming 1920s house of 40 m2, fully renovated by an architect. Very quiet and suburban neighborhood, close to all shops. NETFLIX included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on Airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation.
