We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

I chose this apartment to spend a night because of its proximity to the airport so we were not long hours. A quiet area, correct regional entrance. Enough to spend a few days there.

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was greeted by Axelle's sociable daddy smile warm and very clear about the intructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a plus as well as the location to park his vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think her people are really bad times. Big thank you Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Fantastic.. Really nice home for friends and family. Property is really good and everything is top notch.

There were five of us (4 adults and a 14-year-old girl) for four days. Quiet, quiet area 10 minutes from the Rer to go to the city.. in front of the house there is a mini market and near a small boulangerie . At the Rer stop there is also a Carrefour express. The house is large, cozy and bright large kitchen equipped with all amenities (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, toaster). There is a cellar where you can find a washing machine and recycling bins. Living room with TV, a 3-seater sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs. Wooden stairs illuminated by LEDs to the steps for the evening you go to the floors. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms with (in one the shower and in the other the bathtub) apart, along the hallway, there is a toilet in a special room. On the 2nd floor there is a double and one for children. Shower room and in another the toilet. The host was available, provided a lot of directions and responsive to messages. Tip.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Can't recommend Anne and Jean-Luc's place enough. Great location, very walkable, near a metro line. Exactly as described. Very comfortable. Thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a very local and unique experience. Facilitated early check-in, very communicative and friendly.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

My family and I loved this place so much we asked to come back after a short trip elsewhere. Matthieu (co-host) was incredibly kind and accommodating with luggage storage, check in and check out times. It was like coming home when we returned. Comfortable, clean and a great location.

Fantastic stay for a short break for a family of 5 to the Euro Disney parks. The property is spacious and very clean. It’s private and has a large garden. It’s is well looked after and very homely. It was just the tonic to come back to after a long day at Disney. Greg was incredibly welcome and thoughtful, lights on and food in for our late arrival. Thank you! Would recommend and would return if ever in the area again.

We enjoyed a lovely stay with Marie-Bénédicte and her family. Super nice place and she is the perfect host - charming, welcoming and very service-minded. It's hardly the last time we visit this lovely place.

Can’t recommend Emilie’s place enough. It’s such a wonderful place to stay in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities. The metro to all of the sites (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc.) is a 3-4 min walk, but here you’ll find the best of Paris at the most reasonable prices. If you’re a seasoned traveler like my partner and myself, you’re looking to avoid tourist trap areas. Emilie’s place is the perfect way to experience Paris as a local and a visitor. Emilie is also an exceptionally kind and responsive host. Don’t hesitate, just book!

hela's place was tidy, stocked, clean, and spacious. The place is ideal for a family with children. In addition to everything that can be useful, there are children's games in the apartment and in the garden that offer an extra touch to a family stay. The area is residential and quiet but not too far from the station. Absolutely recommended.

The apartment is lovely and just like the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and you can easily walk to the metro station since there are two nearby. Kevin is attentive and responsive. I truly recommend it!
