Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Dresden-Neustadt

The place is wonderful, apartment as described. we came in late March and it was pleasant weather but a little chilly in the rooms. they had a coffee machine but no coffee. we came to hike, where the tram is just outside the apartment, or a 2 hr walk. the building it's in is really cool. the balcony overlooks a nice view too. the lower stars for the communication is because I messaged the host multiple times for instructions on how to get in, and he never responded. luckily, there is a number outside the apartment that you call and he will instantly tell you how to get in. I would have liked clearer communication because I was getting anxious with it. if you don't have a German number you might not be able to call them. otherwise, real nice place :))

We were in a good place with everything you need and cozy; it was close to everything, in a quiet and beautiful area. The apartment nice, illuminated, as shown. Thank you for everything🇩🇪

I had a great time. I traveled alone, for person it is very spacious and everything you need is there. The hosts have lived in it themselves before and you can feel that from the little personal touches that are left (such as the shells and stones collection displayed in the closet of the second bedroom). The furniture is a bit sparse, but functional, as is the kitchen. I think families could also be very happy here. The location is excellent for those who seek a bit of silence, a quiet neighborhood with good public transport connections to the city center, plenty of grocery stores nearby and also some nice restaurants. The apartment is at the first and second floor. On the ground floor there is the office of the host, and two other rooms where currently his daughter lives. In the basement there is a shared washing machine and dryer, very convenient for longer stays (like mine). All in all a wonderful stay, thank you Moritz and co.

Great hospitality and loving design, which really fancy the city tour. A beautiful neighborhood of Dresden, significantly quieter than the center. Good transport links, lots of shops and a variety of food options in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment was just like the photos. It was welcoming, bright and sunny inside with good heting for the winter conditions. It has a lovely big living room with pot plants everywhere to make it feel green, and a door out to a back garden (though being winter we didn't actually use this). We were very well situated for groceries and shops and found a lovely greek restaurant within walking distance. Stephan could not have been more generous and helpful. There was food left in the cupboards and fridge and we were welcome to use it. He also left us Christmas decorations to use which we set up and enjoyed. I felt I could message with any problems and they would be attended to immediately. Neighbours are also kind and friendly. We had a super stay.

Iris is a friendly hostess and always responded quickly to questions. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly furnished. We felt completely comfortable.

Surprisingly, my family with dog was there over Christmas to spend the holidays with me on rehab. It was just perfect!

Beautiful and comfortable home. Although the house is still being renovated, the flat has been exceptionally well restored. Comfortable, functional and cosy

The place is as described and seen in the pictures. A 1-room apartment with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The place is not spotless and probably won't win an aesthetic price. However, this doesn't do anything about it. Because in the end, it is a good, inexpensive solution for a short stay, close to the Elbe and with good public transport connections.

My 12 day stay at Richard's in Triebischtal was very nice . Everything was as it was described in the offer. The sofa bed was a bit too hard for me. The neighbors were always ready for a chat and very helpful. There is Kaufland around the corner. By S-Bahn train, you are in Meissen in 3 minutes. Be sure to get off at the train station - the view from the old town bridge to the panorama of the city is fantastic . You can get information and suggestions in the tourist information Meissen. A visit to the museum is definitely recommended . Dresden is about 30 minutes away by S-Bahn train. I had a wonderful vacation and got my money's worth from a cultural-historical point of view.

We staid in Rans appartment for 3 days. Ran is very nice and she met us at check in and introduced us to the basics. The appartment is perfectly placed with good view and excellent parking conditions. Thanks a lot Ran!
