A very cozy apartment, located on the first floor of a historic villa in the spa center of Mariánské Lázně. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, complete dishes, a hob, a microwave, a sandwich maker, a coffee maker and a kettle. The bedrooms have two beds that you can either connect or separate. Spacious bathroom with toilet and large shower. Wi-Fi, washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and smart TV (O2TV - 82 channels in different languages). All windows are equipped with blinds.

Sunny attic apartment in a quiet part of the city near the center and the forest. The bedroom offers a double bed with a size of 2x2m. There is a sofa in the living room, which can be expanded to a size of 190x150 cm and allows two more people to sleep. In the living room there is a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

We are located near the forest of Slavkovsky, located on the quiet southwest edge of the village of Three Axe, under the mountain Dyleň (939 m above sea level). A yellow hiking trail leads from the Marianske Spa, following additional trips opening the border path, as well as beautiful places on the Bavarian side.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. For more guests, we can prepare a simple sleepover in a teepee or set up additional tents.

A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. We are happy to share that part of the world with them.
