Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London plus regular trains to Sheffield and Chesterfield. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.

Relax in our hot tub with stunning views or warm up by the wood burning stove after a winter walk. The enclosed cottage garden has a patio where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer. Dogs welcome!

Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs loft style bedroom with double bed, sloping ceiling with some restricted height & garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Feel free to ask prior to booking if any concerns.

This stylish conversion sits on the edge of the Peak district, offering spacious accommodation over one level. Perfect for walking, cycling, climbing and exploring local attractions. The village pub is a short walk away, serving food throughout the year. The property itself has 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds, and an extra single sofa bed. The large dinning kitchen has French doors opening to a covered veranda, perfect for relaxing with a drink.

Tastefully furnished to a very good standard throughout, the open-plan living space has a small/compact kitchen area with a combi/microwave oven and hob.
