De begane grond verhuren wij vanaf heden zodat u samen met ons kunt genieten van het heerlijke uitzicht! Parkeren In parkeergarage “Buitenhaven” kunt u gratis parkeren. Aanwezig: - keuken met koelkast en vriesvak - Combimagnetron - Alle gemakken om te kunnen koken - Koffie/ Thee/ water. Mocht u langer verblijven, maken wij 1x per week de kamer schoon. Zeer smaakvol en luxe ingerichte woonkamer met open keuken; badkamer met ruime inloopdouche, wastafelmeubel en toilet; slaapkamer met 2-persoons boxspring, garderobekast; royale entree met spiegel en kapstok. Via de schuifpui loopt u zo het terras op met fraai aangelegde tuin en volop privacy!

Heerlijk ontspannen! Fijne split-level woning v.v. alle moderne voorzieningen, luxe badkamer en zonnige tuin. Het huis heeft tevens een chillruimte op zolder en in de tuin een overkapping met extra eethoek. Rustige buurt, winkels en supermarkt op loopafstand. Ik woon in deze woning en laat deze gereinigd voor u achter. Het is mogelijk alleen de logeerkamer of zolder te boeken. Ik blijf dan thuis, u krijgt korting.

Wakker worden tussen de fluitende vogels in een Natura 2000 gebied op de zuid-Veluwe? Gelegen aan een zeer geliefde fietsroute voor recreatie, wandelen, wielrennen of mountainbiken om binnen een paar honderd meter op de Ginkelse hei te staan. Vele dieren worden hier in de avond en nacht gespot: reeën, vossen, dassen, eekhoorns, buizerds, bosuilen, spechten en hazen. In de houtwal kunnen zelfs wezels worden gespot!

The house is very close to the train station, and only a few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and sailboat viewing in town. It is perfect for a long stay or a short holiday!
