Despite a rather late booking, we were able to stay three nights in this beautiful apartment, small but very functional. Perfect for two people. The location is great, we visited the city on foot without worries, and the building is amazing. Free parking nearby is a real plus. Thomas was very kind by message, his instructions were very clear which made our arrival very pleasant. Thank you again!

We had a fantastic 5 days at Lucas apartment in Annecy. 5 min walk to shops/restaurants. Excellent supermarket just downstairs which was so convenient. Lake Annecy was just another few minutes away. Would definitely recommend & would go back without hesitation. 👏💫

The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well equipped and very pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the property. We had a lovely stay , where we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Impeccable apartment, very nice interior and exterior decorations. ( especially at night, it's beautiful) The hot tub is a plus to lounge after a good day of walking. Everything about it is excellent Maud is a caring host, all his explanations were perfect for our arrival. And responsive to the messages we were able to communicate. Recommended

We spent 1 night in Camille's apartment. It is located a 15min walk from the old town of Annecy. Clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation. Parking space inside the residence, significant point in Annecy. The bathtub with massage jets is a big plus!! Responsive and friendly host. I would recommend it
