Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Welcome to our studio located in the heart of Nevers, a few steps from all shops and in the historic centre. You can enjoy the calm offered by this charming studio located on the ground floor of our townhouse and overlooking a pretty tree-lined courtyard. After a day of vacation or work, you will be able to relax in peace. The studio has kitchen, living and sleeping areas with a 160 x 200 cm bed + mattress topper. The most comfortable bed in Nevers. Bicycles welcome!

Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

On the banks of the Nivernais Canal.

Come and relax in a nice 70 m2 bright apartment, 2 bedrooms, shower room, large living room with open kitchen and balcony on the edge of the Nivernais Canal and close to the Morvan. Close to shops, water sports stadium, swimming pool, mini-golf, cinema and canoe kayak club. Access to the accommodation will be from the canal side and not from the main street.

Studio among horses

Studio, equipped with micro kitchenette, but not able to cook yourself. You can also bring your horse. Don't hesitate to contact us for any inquiries, we will be happy to host you! For experienced riders, we also offer horseback rides to discover the surroundings.
