Great place to stay in downtown Dubai. Host was very responsive and helpful. It was my first time visiting Dubai and I totally loved this place. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in downtown Dubai. Everything was at a walkable distance (Burj khalifa, Dubai mall, Metro station). Highly recommended

Lovely place to stay! The apartment is cozy, clean and fully consistent with the photos. All necessary appliances and amenities are available, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is great — close to shops, restaurants and attractions.

The apartment looks like shown on the pictures. The arrival went smoothly, but the water, internet and climate did not work when they arrived. That same evening, a Cosmica employee came and solved everything. Overall, the communication was outstanding and perfect. After a very short time, the messages were responded to at any time of the day. I got a great recommendation for a helicopter flight that was even booked for me and paid in advance. We felt very well looked after. The location of the apartment is very central and both Marina, beach and Ferris wheel were within walking distance. The only downside is that despite the altitude it was very noisy due to traffic. In the afternoon it took a very long time to reach the apartment by taxi / Uber, as the streets are crowded. All in all, however, everything worked out and Cosmica took great care of us.

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

We had a great stay at Luc’s place. The flat is big with all amenities you could ask for. The view from the balcony overlooking the marina is peaceful and the short walk to the beach is a pleasure. The only drawbacks we found (which are absolutely out of control of the host) are the traffic jams to come back home and the swimming pool temperature being too cold to enjoy.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was 15 minutes from the metro. There are plenty of small grocery shops to use. The people on the front desk were friendly. The room was easy to get into and we were given good instructions on what to do. I loved the views and you can see the buildings by the marina from the balcony. There was a welcome pack and also some big bottles of water was provided and mini KitKat's. I would stay here again if I was to come again. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Nice room, good location and a very nice gym and pool!

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The view is absolutely stunning — you get a perfect panorama of the Dubai Eye, the Palm, and the Marina, especially magical at sunset and night. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and just a short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubai!

It was a beautiful stay at Irina’s apartment. She always gave her best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is next to the beach. In an only one minute walk you arrive an awesome beach with an impressive view at the skyline from Dubai. The apartment was very clean, smelled amazing and had all I need for my one week trip. I will come back and can totally recommend to stay at Irina’s apartment.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

It's a nice apartment with good standing. People are super available whatever you need ... we're talking minutes if something doesn't work (or you don't know how to make it work :). You can park your car on 10th floor and go downstairs to your apartment without going through the main entrance .. and you can go to social district or Dubai mall without going outside ... enjoying the A/C ! Cross the street and you are at the fountains enjoying the show. Plenty of shops restaurants around. Wonderful stay. Small pool with really nice view on the fountains.

it's a great space! enjoyed the sauna, steam room and gym a few times. was a good spot to decompress post conference!

We had a great stay. The place has access to the canal and has a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. We'll book again.
