Beautiful spacious city apartment in Saarbrücken near the university, on the ground floor, 2 rooms, kitchen with dining table for 4 people, with morning sun, shower room, covered 12 sqm balcony with unobstructed view of the countryside. Bedroom very quiet to the garden side. The apartment is located in an upscale residential area close to the university, in the immediate vicinity of the HTW. Buses to the university and downtown 100 meters in front of the house, shopping market and bakery in the immediate vicinity within walking distance.

Our freshly renovated (early 2025), bright basement apartment is close to the city, yet right on the edge of nature. Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a hill (approx. 75 m elevation), it’s cool in summer, calm, and cozy year-round. The 25 sqm space includes a bedroom with kitchenette, a small bathroom with shower, and a south-facing window overlooking our natural garden. We live upstairs with our two young kids (4 & 6) and are happy to help with tips during your stay!

❤️the apartment is in a quiet residential area in 66133 Saarbrücken-Scheidt. Nevertheless, the bus and train are in walking distance. Saarland University is 1.7 km away and the nearest supermarket is 1.4 km away. The entrance hall is separate, so your privacy is preserved. The apartment is functionally furnished.
