My attic is located on the fourth floor of a period building, there is no elevator, but the steps are low and not too tiring, I will help you carry your luggage. The area is central, two minutes from the train station and the bus terminal. Piazza Unità d'Italia is a 10-minute walk away. There are also many urban bus lines in the area. Around the house, parking lots are free and with a little luck you can find a free one, in the area there are public garages for a fee.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The building does not have a lift. Parking is free on the public street. The area is well served (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, laundry ....).
