Andres’ Cozy Place with Ocean View in Dumaguete ❤️

My condo unit is located at 6th Floor of Marina Spatial by Filinvest. The two bedrooms are facing the ocean and with sea views. One room has a double bed good for two guests and the second room has bunk beds consisting of two single beds. The location is close to famous restaurants and bars: in front of Cafe Racer and Lantaw Restaurant, and short walking distance to Hayahay & Lab-as Resturants, Watever Videoke, various local barbeque areas and food districts, and the famous disco club Tiki Bar.

Spacious Dauin Beach House with Island Views!

This home is just north of Dauin, the world famous diving mecca. Right on the water and near some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in the Philippines. The views are fantastic and the home is spacious, as is the large private terrace and yard. I'm renting the place out while I'm away on vacation. Upgraded everything including adding Air Conditioning throughout the home, hot water heaters in the bathrooms, and fresh paint throughout. And very fast internet! Come enjoy life on the water!
