Great nights sleep! Beautiful garden and surroundings. We were in the room in the house with private bathroom attached, with our dinner/breakfast table in the cottage a short walk away. Middlemarch is worth the stop, it’s absolutely beautiful here. It’s where we finished the Otago rail trail cycle, most people we met along the way got the shuttle elsewhere, we decided to stay and had the best nights sleep of our holiday! Nikki & James are absolutely lovely and you’ll enjoy a stop in Middlemarch.

They respond quickly, and if you need anything they’re very accommodating. :) The place was really clean, the neighborhood was beautiful, and his restaurant recommendations were impeccable. 😁 My boyfriend&I stayed for a month and they really made it feel like home&made our stay in Dunedin a lovely time. 10/10, would recommend. Great place to stay in Dunedin if you’re looking for something quieter out of the CBD. Think it was recently renovated and it looks lovely but doesn’t match the photos - There is also no longer a sofa in the living space, just a second bed. Beautiful views of the harbour, a short walk to Portobello Rd, and a great cafe nearby. Close to St Clair and the city! Alex was a friendly and helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely en suite room with own access, easy parking, quiet neighbourhood and 5 mins walk from a beautiful beach. Easy drive to Dunedin or south. Megan and Carlos were very helpful and quick to respond to messages; it was a pleasure to meet them. Really enjoyed my stay (and very reasonably priced). Highly recommend.

The room is clean and comfortable, the mattress is of good quality in Airbnb, and I slept very comfortably.The candy prepared by the owner is very good

Jean was an amazing host, so kind and friendly. She was always giving out suggestions on dinner places or places nearby and ways to get there. She also was prompt at asking if we needed clothes washed or dishes done which was very appreciated. She was such a lovely host. I would definitely recommend.

The stay was lovely and very conveniently located for my purposes. The sauna was a nice point of difference and the shower has fantastic water pressure! I would happily stay again.

We had a lovely stay, ample room for myself and our three children. The tiny home was clean, warm and comfortable.

Great stay at Gael's room. We really enjoyed Really clean. Laundry is really helpful as the kitchen. Well-equipped, many storage unit, spacieus room. Gael is available if you need anything, she is really kind, thoughtful and quick response.
