WE ARE RENOVATING Please be aware if you are interested in accepting our reduced summer rate that we are renovating the family home. This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there could be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available)

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request
