The accommodation comprises a private appartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette plus swimming pool, large private terrace, parking and huge gardens to enjoy. The Dordogne river, St Emilion and Bergerac are nearby. The local area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing, golf, visits to vineyards and delicious food. Very quiet self contained Gite near Eymet and Duras. Set in 10 acres of land. Open plan with main bedroom + double sofa bed (within living area). 12 mins from Eymet and 10 mins from Duras. Ideal for house hunting couples. This accommodation is not suitable for more than 2 adults, but two small children could be accommodated on the sofa bed. The gite is attached to a house, and adjacent to our house. Shared use of the pool. Please note, pool now closed until May 2025 Sorry no dogs.

The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.

This stone gite near our property, has been fully renovated. Its stunning views of the forest, without any overlook will bring you calm and change of scenery. The semi-open terrace offers you the opportunity to eat and rest on Chilean women. The 5x10m swimming pool is available for your use and only for you.

There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.
