Vacation rentals with a patio in Dürnstein

Such a fabulous location in the Old Town right beside the Abby and only minutes walk from the train station! We loved staying in your beautiful home! Warm and very comfortable. Thank you for being such a “super host” telling us about the area and the creation of your beautifully crafted home! We loved it and would return in a heartbeat when back in the area. Wir waren zwei Pärchen und haben den Aufenthalt bei Michi sehr genossen. Unkompliziert & lieb 😊 Die Dachwohnung ist urig und gemütlich mit einer kleinen Küche, die alles hat, was es braucht ☕️😊 Selbst den grossen Garten hätten wir mit nutzen dürfen. Wir danken Michi und seiner bezaubernden Hündin Ani sehr und freuen uns auf einen nächsten Besuch in Purkersdorf.

Very satisfied with the stay for 4 nights. Easy to get to Vienna westbahnhof in just 15 minutes (18min walk from apartment), cost EUR 1,90. Many hiking options in the area and some restaurants. Good view from the balcony and a nice loft apartment.

Alfred war sehr flexibel und die Kommunikation war zielführend. die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und wir konnten unsere Fahrräder gut unterstellen. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

We had an amazing time staying in this unit. The home itself had everything we needed, and the countryside was amazing. We were excited to be in the countryside and have a much needed rest outside of the city, this was a perfect place to be. There is no grocery store in town, nor any restaurants during the work week, but there are country trails all over the area and clearly marked country trails where you can walk about an hour to Alland, the nearest town with grocery store and cafes. We loved our walk to Alland, and enjoyed our time staying here.

This place was perfectly adequate for our purposes. It's not a 5 star hotel and there were some things which surprised us because the description in the ad is pretty scanty. For example, there was no over-head shower, just a shower head attached to a faucet. Not a big deal, you just have to hold it over your head yourself. There is also a garage, which was great because we had a rental car, but figuring out how to get in and out was tricky. The couches and bed were very comfy and the place was clean. The host was not very proactive with supplying information with little-to-no communication before check in. But he was super responsive when we asked him questions, so it wasn't a big hang up. We were really busy touring up and down the Wachau valley during the day (which was gorgeous and so fun!) so all we really needed was a decent place to sleep at night and for that it worked out great! I would stay again:)

Erster gemeinsamer Urlaub als junge Familie. Super Unterkunft und Umgebung um abzuschalten aber auch Ausflüge zu planen.

Gerne wieder! Mit 7 Personen haben wir die maximale Belegung ausgetestet und waren zufrieden. Dass es nur ein Bad mit Klo gibt, war von Anfang an klar. Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft und für die raschen Antworten.

Wir waren zu zwölft 2 Nächte im Haus. Etwas besonders angenehmes ist, dass es im Ess- und Wohnbereich genug Platz für uns alle gab, sodass wir gemütlich zusammen essen und sitzen konnten. (:

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Ein wundervoller Raum für Retreats und Kurse mit einer ruhigen Atmosphäre mit einem schönen Ausblick. In der Küche ist alles da um sich gut zu versorgen. Der Garten um das Haus ist liebevoll und wirklich schön gestaltet. Der Gartenbereich ist (im Frühjahr) etwas einsehbar, aber es ist auf der kleinen Straße nicht viel los. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Sehr schönes, gut gepflegtes Ferienhäuschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un vrai petit cocon, décoré avec soin et très bien équipé, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter Vienne. Deux possibilités pour rejoindre Vienne : trajet en train ou en voiture jusqu'au P+R hutteldorf (4,50 € la journée). Ensuite, le métro vous emmène facilement au cœur de la ville. Un grand merci à Johanna pour son accueil si chaleureux et sa gentillesse. On a adoré notre séjour.

nice and peaceful garden apartment, away from hectic Vienna but still 20 minutes away by train. Train station is 5 minutes away with 4 trains per hour for either directions to Vienna or St Polten. Hector and Sarah was really nice and accommodating, they asked me in advance what kind of bed arrangements needed for our family. Furthermore, they have two amazing and super friendly big dogs (Alaskan malamute and Siberian Husky) which really made us feel like home. would've booked more nights if we knew about the dogs. I recommend Hector and Sarah's for anyone looking for peaceful accommodation near Vienna, especially if you're a dog person.

Unterkunft war genau so wie beschrieben. Sehr ruhige Lage. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte zum selber kochen etc... Die Kommunikation mit Karin war auch sehr nett - habe alle Infos im Vorfeld bekommen die ich brauchte für den Aufenthalt. Karin hat auch eine selbstgemachte Ribislmarmelade als Willkommensgeschenk bereitgestellt, danke dafür :) Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Great place, a bit off the beaten track which is what we loved! It had everything we needed and a fully equipped kitchen. The communication with the hosts was easy and straightforward.
