ERKIN IS THE GREATEST EXAMPLE OF WHAT HOST WORD MEANS. I STAYED WITH MY FAMILY OVER THERE. AND IT FEELS LIKE I AM IN MYHOME. THE FOOD WAS MOUTH WATERING. I AM SURE HOW MUCH I WRITE ABOUT THE STAYING WITH ERKIN I WILL NOT EXPRESS MY FULL FEELINGS. AS I AM ALSO AIRBNB HOST I CAN GUARANTEE ANYONE THAT AIR BNB SHOULD START A NEW REVIEW SYSTEM WHICH HAS 10 STAR REVIEW AND FROM ME ERKIN WILL EARN THAT ONE EASILY. MAY ALLAH GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH TO PROSPER MORE AND MORE.

Madina e la sua famiglia sono stati host meravigliosi. Madina si è particolarmente mostrata molto paziente e pronta ad aiutare. L'alloggio è situato in un quartiere tranquillo e appartato, ma al contempo strategico per raggiungere a piedi la via del mercato e delle bancarelle locali. L'alloggio è in parte strutturato in modo che da un locale si entra in un altro: infatti dalla zona salotto si accede a un locale con scrivania e letto a castello, da quest'ultimo si ha accesso alla stanza munita di un letto matrimoniale (dal materasso tra l'altro comodo!). Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio molto pulito e dotato di apparecchi/elettrodomestici di qualità, nonché di molti armadi e cassetti. Abbiamo infine anche apprezzato lo spazio esterno coperto, attorniato da mura. Altamente raccomandato!

Very helpful and cooperative host. The property is good size and located in a quiet neighborhood. Just keep in mind to have your own backup internet, as the Wifi is not reliable and strong enough.

Beautiful apartment in the best location in Dushanbe. Very spacious, luxurious and modern. Everything was perfect. The host was very accommodating as well. Highly recommended!

Чистота, уют и внимание к деталям (от качественной техники до стильного интерьера) создали ощущение дома с первых минут. Особо отмечу удобное расположение — всё необходимое (магазины, транспорт, кафе) было в шаговой доступности. Хозяин проявил себя как исключительно отзывчивый и ответственный человек. Все вопросы решались мгновенно, от момента заселения до мелких бытовых моментов. Всегда был на связи, доброжелателен и готов помочь, что сделало проживание ещё комфортнее. The perfect place for a city break.

Арендовала квартиру для своей пожилой мамы в октябре . Баходур всегда отвечал на мои вопросы и беспокойства , был готов помочь и подсказать с решением. Очень отзывчивый, внимательный и вежливый . Квартира очень приятная, маме понравилась . Есть все что нужно . Большое спасибо ! Если будем снова в Душанбе , будем рады остановиться именно здесь !!

Great place to stay, the host was very helpful & welcoming.

A great and relaxing space. We enjoyed our 3 weeks here very much. Gulguna from the outset was a great communicator. All questions prior to booking answered super fast and after our arrival the great communication continued. The apartment is in a great central location, you won’t need to take a taxi or bus at all and right next door is a great supermarket plus ATM which we had no issue using. We found the bed comfortable, AC units worked very well, kitchen amenities were sufficient for us, plenty of hot water for 2 people to shower and on arrival the apartment was nice and clean. You are among many families in this building and surrounding buildings, kids are playing in the courtyard but it never was too loud to bother us and in fact makes for a better experience to be among local families.

Mahmoud's apartment was excellent. The kitchen had everything you need. There was even coffee, a rarity these days. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located. Highly recommended if you are in Dushanbe for a few days. You could easily spend a week or longer. The apartment is very spacious.

Firuz was quick to respond. His flat is very comfortable and lovely. Decent supermarket across the street, we didn’t try it but a cafe in the same building. Definitely recommend, we were sad to leave.
