Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Our apartment is located in an ideal location, right in the middle of the city of Dusslingen. The train station is only a 5-minute walk or 2 minutes by car. Nearby you will also find a pharmacy and two banks to meet your daily needs. Private parking is at your disposal. The supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away, and next to the apartment you will find a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals. The apartment is on the second floor.

We warmly welcome you to our charming 3-room apartment in the Tübingen suburb of Weilheim. We live in a beautiful old farmhouse, which is on a cul-de-sac. The field starts right behind our house. You will be staying with us and our tenants in a house. We share the front door and the staircase, and every now and then we hear each other too. Important: Please always discuss arrival times with us directly.

If necessary, the sofa can be folded out so that a 140 × 200 bed surface is created and additional people would have space. For longer stays (>2-3 weeks) it is not suitable for 4 adults. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the village church and you can hear the church bells.
