To register for an Olympic Mornings session at Casa Airbnb, simply complete this registration form for yourself and up to 3 guests. 

If you’d like to attend an Après-Ski session, follow the same steps here.

Entry will not be permitted without advanced registration. Availability for dates and sessions is updated in real time at the links shared above.

Please note that capacity is limited, and entry is subject to current capacity. We recommend arriving at the start of your booked session and setting aside at least 1 to 1.5 hours to fully soak up the Casa Airbnb experience.

All guests will be required to present a valid photo ID when checking in to Casa Airbnb.

Olympic Mornings and Après-Ski sessions are offered from 7–20 February 2026. 

Olympic Mornings: (10:00 a.m.–01:30 p.m.)
Designed for Milano Cortina travellers and sports fans, mornings at Casa Airbnb are all about energy and inspiration. Explore immersive spaces, try the sport of curling, join wellness moments inspired by athletes, and enjoy the coffee and music culture bar before heading to the competitions.

Après-Ski (05:30 p.m.–09:00 p.m.):
Evenings are for winding down and soaking in the spirit of the Olympic Games. Casa Airbnb transforms into a social space celebrating Milanese culture with interactive experiences, music, art, and entertainment in a relaxed, après-ski atmosphere.

Bookable experiences run from 7–22 February at Casa Airbnb.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. If you’re unable to attend, since space is limited, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation.

The confirmation email you receive after registering for a session contains links via which you may either cancel your registration or update your registration details & guest details.

Please note that all guests will be required to present a valid photo ID when checking in to Casa Airbnb.

Complimentary snacks and beverages will be offered at both sessions (subject to availability). 

At Olympic Mornings, hot drinks, juices, and pastries will be provided.

At Après-Ski sessions, guests will be offered two alcoholic beverages or soft drinks and one slice of pizza.

Vegan and gluten-free options will be available. Please note that no additional food or beverages will be available for purchase.

Yes. Casa Airbnb is designed to be welcoming and accessible. Accessible pathways and facilities will be available and staff will be on-site to support guests throughout the space.

Casa Airbnb is family-friendly, and children are more than welcome to enjoy the experience as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Guest registration must be completed by an adult (over 18 years old).

A complimentary coat check is available at the check-in desk.

Please note, we are unable to accept any luggage larger than a standard backpack. All bags may be subject to bag checks as part of our security protocol.

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited and will not be permitted into the venue:

• Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, pepper spray, mace, etc.)
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Flags bigger than 1x2m, or with rigid flagpole, or associated with countries whose athletes are allowed to participate exclusively as individual neutral athletes
• Political, religious, vulgar messaging, or trademarks (advertising materials, signs, banners, etc. that include a religious, political, vulgar or trademark message, or are deemed contrary to public order. Ropes, cardboards, posters, and other items that can be used for demonstrations in the venues)
• Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, promotional materials or giveaways
• Cans (including aerosols), bottles, boxed liquids, and metal, glass, or other insulated containers.
• Drones or flying devices
• Laser pointers or flashlights
• Fireworks, missile-like objects, Frisbees, and any other form of projectiles
• Explosives, flammable substances and pyrotechnic devices (only portable oxygen cylinders for medical use are allowed)
• Animals (except service dogs)
• Balloons
• Noisemakers, air horns, bells, bull horns, whistles, etc.

*All bags and personal items are subject to search upon entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry any item deemed inappropriate. This list is not exhaustive—event staff have final discretion on prohibited items. Prohibited items will not be stored and must be returned to vehicles or lodging or disposed of.
