Airbnb Relist Offer

Hosts that qualify for the Host Relist Promotion (“Promotion”) are eligible to receive a payment from Airbnb.

To qualify, the Host must: (1) click on the link in their invitation email, push notification, or in-product notification; (2) reactivate an existing inactive listing or create a new listing by March 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PST; and (3) host a Qualifying Stay at their listing that has a checkout on or before May 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

“Qualifying Stay” is (i) a stay hosted by the existing Host on Airbnb, (ii) in one of their (a) previously inactive listing(s) or (b) new listing(s) after February 16, 2023, (iii) with checkout by May 31, 2023, and (iv) which is not cancelled either before or during the stay. Hosts should check that the listing complies with all applicable requirements and local laws.

After the Qualifying Stay is complete, Hosts will receive a payment from Airbnb through their usual payout method. Payment will be made for the first qualifying stay completed by May 31, 2023 in up to two (2) of the Host’s listings, if the Host has more than one listing. The payment will be made within 90 days after the qualifying stay checkout is completed. The amount of payment for which each Host is eligible is included in the email offer from Airbnb. Hosts who do not receive an email offer from Airbnb are not eligible for this Promotion.
