Mario and Holly were truly exceptional hosts! probably the best we've ever had. They ensured we had everything we needed , they were accommodating and flexible. They made fires for us both nights we stayed there ,and even tended to fire when we asked for help. They went above and beyond!! the place was gorgeous, comfortable, spacious and perfect for us ....it had everything and I mean everything you could think and if we needed anything Mario and Holly were on it , in seconds ....from the lovely grounds, to the chickens and beautiful dogs on the property this place is truly a gem, do yourself the favor and book this place , you don't regret it.... we will most definitely be back to enjoy this luxury RV...thank you , thank you Mario and Holly , you truly made our trip so momentous! Coming from the west coast this spot was exactly the epitome of eastern cabin comfort you envision when you think of staying in rural NY, right in the woods next to the crick, abundant wildlife and beautiful views- tucked away from city life. We enjoyed how quiet and serene it was, and how beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and curated the home was. The rules were not hard to follow and we LOVED our stay, will be back next year!

We had a good time on the Beaver Kill. It's a beautiful location and a short drive to both the West and East Branch of the Delaware rivers. Unfortunately, the water levels were way down due to a lack of rain which made the fishing on the Beaver Kill challenging but we did catch a couple on it and the flows were normal on both the Delawares. Good time!
