Vacation rentals with a sauna in East Devon District

Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

The flat is really spacious and had a lovely feel about it. It's located right in the centre of Frome in walking distance to loads of wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants. Alice made us feel really welcome here!

Lovely little spot on the edge of the moors, sauna and swimming pool are a 1min walk from the flat, but are fantastic and well maintained. The hot tub is excellent, not as private as you might think :) and takes a bit of love and attention to heat up, but worth it! Flat is small and homely, perfect size for a couple!

Excellent communication and always accessible. Caravan was positioned really well, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle from the front. Easy to find, with host providing good additional information about the area. Lovely area to explore both on foot or by car. Good facilities on site and useful site staff. We had a great time.

Stunning setting, beautiful grounds and the perfect break for a young family. Our kids loved the pool and the games room, very well situated for trips to Totnes and Dartmouth. Sheila and Richard were very welcoming and responsive hosts - we had a great time, highly recommend the space and the hosts!

Really great place for a vacation, either a short or a longer break. Stunning place and very well cared for, with really comfortable and spacious accommodation, and nice common areas, especially for families. Very peaceful. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna are great, although a bit busy at times (as expected). Nice bar/play room with games for when the weather is not so great. Shame that the restaurant was closed for renovations at the time, but that was expected as it was mentioned in the listing. Area around is served by plenty and really nice, traditional pubs with good food and drink. Great experience, overall!

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

Thank you Gayatri & Peter! What an amazing place! The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean throughout and equipped with everything we needed. Complimentary coffee pods, tea and milk on arrival were much appreciated. Gayatri was very informative and responsive to messages. We made very good use of the heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed complete privacy the entire time. The location is superb, very quiet but not too far from the supermarkets. We enjoyed days out to the nearby Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and Wells during our short stay. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! We're already planning a return trip. Highly recommended!

A beautiful two floor apartment with stunning sea views from both the balcony and the master bedroom– making for some spectacular photographs particularly at sunset and sunrise. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bedding and pillows made for exceptionally sound sleeping, and the blackout blinds in the master bedroom were faultless in their endeavours. All three bathrooms with Stocks with quality amenities as was the kitchen and games cupboard. Brilliant Sonos sound system and wood burning stove made staying in for a movie night the perfect way to end our trip. We wish we never had to leave. This is a truly amazing place, and we are very grateful to Sam et al for hosting us. The allocated parking close to the apartment was ideal and the little green trolleys that one can borrow to transport one’s luggage (and partner) made for a refreshing lack of repeat journeys from one’s car to the front door.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!

From the outset Kathryn welcomed us with all and more essential information regarding her beautiful apartment. It lived up to and excelled our expectations and we enjoyed the most wonderful, comfortable and relaxing few days. Just wow! we have just come back from 4 fabulous nights away staying at this gem of a place! it was exactly what we had hoped for! Little Staddles is beautiful! From the location to the attention paid to the architecture and decor! And the hot tub and sauna simply the icing on the cake. Lovely weeks in the local area, we did so many steps from the property into Lyme Regis, via the micro brewery a definite must! Claire was a great host, really responsive and even dropped round some tea bags in the evening after we forgot to get some in town! would highly recommend for a peaceful weekend break away from the hustle and bustle!!! we will definitely be going back! thank you for ab awesome time!!!

This has to be the most eclectic house we have stayed in as a family, but it provided constant entertainment and sparked imaginations. There is lots of room inside for 9 people a dog and a baby. The separate dining area and sittings rooms allowed people to be together and have private time. The garden area available was small for a large gathering but Barry was willing to open up further garden to us on asking. The sauna was a nice touch. There were enough bathrooms and the kitchen was equipped and functional The house is old as it says in the descriptions so if you have difficulty climbing stairs it would not be for you. The layout and contents of the house are not toddler friendly. There is no onsite parking, but the car park is a short distance away. The village is quaint and the coop very near by. We can recommend the tea shop, and would recommend booking early is you want to eat in the pub next door. There are lots of walks nearby and buses to other villages.

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

I would highly recommend staying here. From the moment we parked we were greeted with beautiful scenery and instant peacefulness. The accommodation was bigger than what the pictures shown and kept at an immaculate standard. The garden had seating both on the gravel and at the top on the grass which our border collie enjoyed very much. Inside had everything you could have needed in a functioning home finished to a high standard. To top it off the private sauna, steam room, hot tub was a slice of heaven which was very much enjoyed. There is a information leaflet in which time had been taken to put together which included things to do and where to eat along with other useful information including which places where dog friendly which was very helpful as we had our pooch.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, peaceful home! It was the perfect getaway—spacious, spotless, and incredibly dog-friendly, which made it even more special for us. Anita and Martin were amazing hosts—so welcoming, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. A big thank you to Martin for setting up the BBQ and sauna for us—it was such a treat and made our stay even more relaxing. There’s so much to do in the area too, we were never bored! We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely love to come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Monk’s Farm. What an incredible property it is! Gemma was super helpful and responsive and I couldn’t recommend staying here more. Wow - amazing!

Once again we had a lovely stay at Stancombe. The farmhouse is beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the cosy kitchen with the aga but it would have been nice to have slightly more space in the lounge for comfy seating as there were ten of us we couldn't all sit in there at the same time. Beautiful historic building thanks again Sophia and Hilary!
