‘Little Gate House' is an idyllic countryside retreat nestled within the heart of the New Forest National Park. A cosy self-contained cabin with enclosed garden & large elevated south facing balcony with gorgeous views. The open New Forest is literally outside our gate yet there is easy access to visit the many towns, villages, cities and beaches nearby. Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Plenty to parking and undercover storage space for bicycles etc. Watch the deer from the windows! The nearest pub is 10 minute walk and there are 3 other pubs within 3 mile radius including the Royal Oak at Fritham

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Beautiful country barn/peaceful location

Our double height wood and stone barn directly opposite our house is found at the end of a long private drive in lovely Dorset countryside. A very comfortable 5ft bed, woodburning stove and pretty views, a perfect relaxing and cosy retreat. Easy access to lots of interesting places. Guests can play tennis and croquet. The Barn sleeps two adults. Ample parking directly next to Barn. Please note the Barn unsuitable for children and infants. NB There are no shops or pubs within walking distance.

Little Coombe welcomes all couples, lone travellers and fellow pooches. Little Coombe is a totally self-contained cottage attached to the main cottage, where the owner lives. It is a tranquil stone cottage sitting by the brook in a small hamlet near Shaftesbury. The cottage was formerly two thatched farm cottages and where our family has lived for nearly 100 years! We live next door in the main cottage, but guests will have their own entrance and garden space and their privacy is guaranteed.
