It has views of the garden.<br>The property is located 300 m from the city, 300 m from the train station, 300 m from the from the restaurant, 350 m from the supermarket, 500 m from Erlebnisbad Oase water park, 500 m from the sand beach, 1 km from the airport. The house is situated in a children-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Characteristic is the ‘smûke’ scenery with thousands of miles of elzensingels, dykswâlen (wood ramparts) and hundreds of pingos and pools. The area has unique flora and fauna. The biodiversity here is great. A short distance from Groningen, Leeuwarden, Dokkum and the Ydillian Wadden Islands.
