The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. Located only 11 km from atmospheric Ebeltoft, where you'll find shopping and pedestrian street with lots of shops. Many excursion options close by - Ree Park Safari (5 km), Skandinavisk Dyrepark (10 km), Djurs Sommerland (24 km), Kattegatcentret (24 km), århus city & Tivoli Friheden (49 km). Non-smoking house, 1 dog allowed.

Oldes Cabin

On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwest corner of the Limfjord is Oldes Hytte. The summerhouse, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to girlfriends, friends weekends and time alone. The price is inclusive of electricity. Please remember bed linen and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cabin to be left as it is received .
