The bed is 140 cm, so you can book 2 guests on the premises. The cozy setting is created with clean conditions and low ceilings. Access to garden and free parking on the street. 400 meters to the beach, 2 km to Riis forest, shops outside the door and 5 km to Aarhus. 1500 meters to the light rail and 200 meters to the city bus. Free parking on the street. The host lives in the house above the apartment.

The villa is from 2022 and contains, among other things, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. Relax in this unique and quiet space. The house is on a quiet road with peace and quiet and a nice garden with hammock and large black annex with beach equipment. There is the yellow bedroom with double bed and loft room / loft with double bed. In addition, a room on the ground floor with a double bed- the pink room. There is a kitchen with all equipment ( note mini oven) Bathroom with toilet and shower. Living room with loft for kip and a large sofa. Exit to garden with dining area. However, space for a dog is not in furniture and beds.
