Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

The Steam Engine CoachHouse

The CoachHouse is an old building, that was used until a few years ago for keeping a horse! It has been fully renovated, but we wanted to maintain as much of its character as possible (like keeping visible the wooden roof beams). There is a mezzanine accessible through a spiral staircase which is used as the bedroom area, an extendable dining table, a sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A charming, fully self contained guesthouse, set in our private garden, close to Greenwich Park, Eltham Palace and Blackheath Village, our modern studio offers a private entrance, a comfy double bed, a small extendable sofa, a kitchenette fully equipped, smart TV, self-contained toilet and shower room. There are two radiators so you can monitor the temperature of the room which heats up quickly in colder weather.

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house.
