These spaces are all private and for the exclusive use of those renting the flat. We are located approx 5 minutes from the West Hampstead Overground, Underground and Thameslink.

Guests have their own studio space, with a 140 cm firm double bed, furniture for storing things in, and hanging space with hangers. A daybed sofa that’s a comfortable single bed for the third guest, chairs for hanging out, or eating around the dining table.

Cosy annex to family home. I refurbished my home including building a new private garden suite. Private entrance leads to a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. French doors open out onto patio and garden. The is a mini fridge, nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal and snacks are provided free of charge Ask any questions, look forward to hosting guests Note there is no kitchen in the unit, it is a bedroom and bathroom.
