Our relaxing, clean, fully equipped Lockeland Springs guesthouse is a perfect getaway. It’s tastefully decorated, tidy, uncomplicated, and comfortable. You'll be walkable to top rated coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and Jeni’s ice cream. Shelby Park is nearby, and grocery stores are a 3 min drive. We have dedicated 1 gig fiber internet. We follow the Airbnb 5 Step Enhanced Cleaning protocol and are a 100% smoke free property. We love making our guests' stays memorable ones!

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.

Located in a charming location in East Nashville. There are bars, coffee shops, and food options within walking distance. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need whether you plan on staying in during your stay or going out and hitting the town. Activities like Lower Broadway/downtown and also The Grand Ole Opry are both a short 10 minute ride. If you want a convenient location and comfortability during your stay, this is the place!

We recently finished the renovation of our house, which includes a cute, cozy one bedroom guest suite. Guests will have access to their own private entrance via their own 16 x 24 foot deck. The suite includes a bedroom with blackout curtains, a sound machine, bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, kitchenette (full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, induction burners, toaster oven, microwave), dining table and a living space with a couch, reading nook and TV.
