Very clean & comfortable accommodation. Tea, coffee & milk provided. And the chocolate biscuits were very welcome too. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very characterful place to stay right in the best bit of Hastings Old Town. All amenities worked well, comfort in abundance, all in all a delightful stay.

I cannot fault Philips apartment at all. it is absolutely incredible with everything you would need and more - and walking distance to the main centre, yet far away enough to be away from the noise. Philip supplied a cot (fantastic quality) along with prep machine and steriliser for our 8 week old. He greeted us and was so welcoming. we are already booked in for our next trip. Such a lovely stay and getaway :) It really is a beautiful home.

We had a great stay in a lovely apartment perfect for our long weekend. Nice private road in easy walking distance of town and seafront and used as a base for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Would definitely recommend it if looking to stay in that area again.

Mark and Melanie are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The place is exactly as described in the listing and it is very cozy and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay. The EV charging was an added feature and very useful to us. The surrounding property is picturesque and charming. Over all we can highly recommend staying at this place to other guests! Thank you again.

Lovely building and furnishings and surprisingly quiet, with everything you might need for a longer stay too. Lily the cat was a very polite host! One of the few places in the area with parking too.

Beautiful! Inside and out! The scenery and walks surrounding The Grain Store are breathtaking, and the thoughtful design and details of the space made this so delightful.

Second time staying in these courtyard accommodations. Place was clean and welcoming, as expected. Particularly useful to have cot and highchair available. Communication with host was good. Location works well for us, easy to walk to shops and seafront and in to town.

Extremely happy with our stay, lovely home from home feeling with everything you could possibly need, extremely pleased with quality of bedding (had forgotten just how good down quilts and pillows are) Would not hesitate to revisit in the future

Fantastic place to stay, peaceful with beautiful surroundings and the hot tub was the perfect way to spend the evening after a day of activities. It was a great place to bring the dog too. Tim was a great host, very responsive and did everything he could to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely go back and certainly recommend it!

Great house, very clean, airy and bright. Especially liked the bunk bed room! Also great having the games room and the outside space.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Really fun beach house. The house had spectacular views of the English Channel and also countryside, well organized kitchen and fun game room.

We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodation! The house is incredibly neat and tidy, and it has such a lovely scent. The bedding, towels, floor mat feels even better than what you’d find in a 5-star hotel! The only little hiccup we encountered was with the shower in the morning—it seemed to struggle a bit after two people had used it, with hardly any water coming out. Overall, though, we really loved our stay! thank your Cecile and Richard will definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends.

We loved our stay at Lucy and Geoff’s beautiful home. The spa, sauna and ice tub were an added luxury. The house is stunning, extremely welcoming and cozy with wood burning fireplaces. Wonderful kitchen and dinning area with amazing views. It felt very private. Great location, close to shops and cafe’s. We had a recommendation from the local wine merchants to visit the Gallipot Inn for Sunday lunch and we weren’t disappointed! Lovely family run pub with great homemade food. Lucy and Geoff’s house is only a 45 minute drive to Brighton which was a great day trip. Wished we could have stayed longer to explore the area and vineyards. Hosts were lovely to deal with a super communicative. Would highly recommend a stay here. Ideal for families

Lovely clean spotless partment well equipped with everything you could possibly need. So accommodating with fresh food and drinks which we did not expect. Gorgeous views from both windows Marina and hills. Very welcoming host showed us around the apartment on arrival. Easy walking distance to Marina and beach. Highly recommend 15 The Cliff - thank you for having us 😊

Clares hidden home was just what we needed. Clare is a fantastic host. Super helpful and happy to help. I can't reccommend her place highly enough - me,my wife and two kids had loads of room. The place is spotless!

We really enjoyed the space in this first floor flat . The recent refurbishment made it feel fresh and modern. The cleaner was thorough and the flat was squeaky clean. Having a walk in shower with additional rain head shower was very good. The bed was super comfortable and having radiators during the winter was a real bonus. The kitchen had everything one needs with a dishwasher, wine fridge, full fridge freezer and the wee Gusto Coffee machine made a great number of coffees during our stay.

Nice one bedroom in a great location for walking to town and also has a parking spot, which was a nice bonus. The elevator was a plus too as the last place we stayed was nice but had LOTS of stairs. Only item worth noting is it is close to a busy road so you can hear the cars. Didn’t bother us, but worth noting. Kitchen had a gas cooktop, which we always prefer over electric. Bed was comfortable.
