Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. It is perfect, the house is beautiful and very well cared for. Everything worked well. The property is beautiful and there are very pleasant trails and forests. The tour with Juan was wonderful, he is a great guest and person.

This place is absolutely magical, the house is located on a large coffee plantation with all the luxuries that you could ever want. It spreads across two big houses with their own vegetable garden, heated pool, all kinds of gains for kids. The coffee tour was incredible, which is done right on site. The owner’s owned several properties as well as as a massive production of coffee. It was great to be able to do the tour and learn so much about one of our favorite drinks. The kids had a blast in the heated pool, which I think is the star of the entire house. Has a small cold that serves a great purpose on hot days. The outdoor shower in the main bedroom is incredible. The views to the mountain speechless. They take great pride in the decoration and taking care of this property. The people that handle everything from checking into cooking and cleaning or outstanding and super nice. I would highly recommend this property to anybody, it’s worth every penny and we can’t wait to go back.

The place was in a popular neighborhood but close to many things and a safe neighborhood

I spent an incredible week at this Airbnb in Laureles, Medellín. The view is breathtaking, the modern aesthetic is sleek, and the 24/7 doorman makes you feel safe. However, there are a few minor drawbacks. The bed is VERY firm and makes a LOT of noise. The water pressure in the shower is also quite weak. Additionally, due to the natural build of the building, small ants can migrate in, so be sure to keep food and trash sealed. Despite these quirks, I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. The pros far outweigh the cons, and the experience is unforgettable. Just be aware of the minor issues, and you'll be all set for an amazing stay!
